He liked joking. His funny bone led him to see things from a different perspective, a trait that endeared him to many people. Other than his sense of humour, Billy was known for his strong sense of industry, seen not only when performing his chores at home, but also in the community and at school.

We shall forever honor him for his supportive ideas that he generously shared around, and his friendliness to his brothers and sisters.

Billy Nyongesa Ogutu who died through road accident along Mombasa road, Nairobi. He was son to Lambert Ogutu Okoth and Martha Lwangasi Ogutu of Nakaywa village, Butula District, Busia County. He was a brother to Arthur Kwena Ogutu, Cyril Wafula Ogutu, Betty Akinyi Ogutu, Winnie Joy Ogutu, Irene Nabwire Ogutu, Ian, Tonny, Steve, Kelvin, Brandon, Sophie and Levins. He was a cousin to Quintine, Finlay Faith, Emmah, Joan, Caston and Peris.

 Funeral arrangements are taking place at Sabaki estate in Athi River. Burial date will be communicated later. May the almighty Lord Rest His Soul in Enternal Peace. He was a humble yet hardworking young man who really loved people and held his family in high esteem. To Billy, the sky was the limit, and he had great prospects in his electrical engineering course.
