You raised us so we could stand on mountains. You raised us so we could be independent, believe in ourselves, pass through the storms of life and not be shaken by whatever comes our way.

You taught us to always speak up and stand for the truth without fear or favour.

All the morals and values you taught us have molded us and are still molding us for greatness.

We are who we are today all because of you and mum and most of all with God by our side. We couldn’t have asked for a better father.

You were real and genuine; the finest gentleman we ever knew. You were our family’s pillar and inspiration. Indeed, the best father we could ever ask for. Any day, our dear father, we would choose you over others to be our dad. Everyday, your words of advice and encouragement have given us hope to always be confident in ourselves and not fail to take the next bold step for fear of the unknown.

You were a man of integrity, openness, truth and discipline. You taught us to love God, to be disciplined, to hold on to nothing, to love everyone equally and to work hard. We assure you that we shall look after mum and pray that the good Lord will crown you with righteousness.

Rest in peace, our superhero.
