Martha Wambui Kamau passed away on August 13, 2021. The late Martha Wambui Kamau was born in 1942 in Nakuru and after completing her studies at Loreto Girls - Limuru in 1968, she started working at Nakuru Press before moving to Kenya Farmers Association (KFA) as an Accountant where she worked for 24 years. She has lived at Shabab Estate since 1970. Through her hard-working nature, she managed to own some property there and she has been a landlady since her retirement from KFA. She has left behind a reputable generation of 3 children, 6 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. This sad news was relayed to me by his son Lucas Ngochi who's a loyal member of Nakuru Golden Years & Today (NGYT) Facebook group. On behalf of NGYT members and followers, my thoughts and prayers go out to Martha Wambui Kamau's entire family. Nonetheless, the Bible says: To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. May God rest Martha Wambui Kamau's soul in Eternal Peace. Tribute by John Githanga.
