David's Life Slogan

""If we live, we live for the Lord, and if we die, we die for the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we belong to God." ~Romans 14:8."

David was a popular Nakuru homeboy. He grew up in Langa-Langa Estate, went to school at Mama Ngina Primary and Kenyatta Secondary schools and later graduated with a degree from the University of Nairobi. David’s demise has dealt a big blow to the hospitality industry in Nakuru City. This charismatic gentleman was born on December 14, 1975 and worked in various firms, which included Uchumi Supermarket, Chester Hotel and Milele Resort. He was energetic, passionate in his work and systematic in his way of thinking, in addition to being friendly to all and sundry.

David once commissioned me, as a fine arts practitioner, to do various aesthetics-related jobs at the Milele Resort and from that time going forward we became good friends. David, who passed away November 22, 2021, was a devout Catholic and he served God in various capacities at St Joseph the Worker (Race-track) and later at St Peter's Catholic Church in Lanet, Nakuru. In the 46 he lived, he impacted many lives. He was husband to Catherine Wangui, and together they were blessed with 3 children: Joseph, Denzel, and Amy Bilhah. On behalf of Nakuru Golden Years & Today (NGYT) Facebook group, I pray that God will continue granting his entire family and his pals the peace that transcends all human understanding for the irreplaceable loss.

May our good Lord continue resting David Njuki Maina's soul in eternal peace
