Paul Koske Kositany-A fallen veteran farmer

The late Paul was a hardworking and dedicated farmer who would always find time every day to go to the farm and tend to his tea. In his productive years, the late Paul worked as an agricultural extension officer and he contributed immensely in planting tea for out-growers in Ainamoi, Bureti and Belgut. And, as a firstborn, Paul worked closely with his late dad, Vincent Kositany in meeting the needs of the family.

Mzee Paul Koske Kositany of Kinyose, Kipchimchim Ainamoi Location in Kericho County, born in Kipchimchim, Kericho, in 1946 to the late Vincent Kositany and Elizabeth Kositany. He was married to Miriam Koske in 1973 and they were blessed with Beatrice Cherotich Kirwa, the late Chebet and Pascal Kipkemoi Korir.   He was Father-in-law to Jonathan Kirwa and Caroline Korir. He was an in-law to Mr and Mrs Samwel Talam of Ainamoi and Mr and Mrs Stephen Bii of Cheplanget Ainamoi.

He was blessed with the following grandchildren Brian, Bravin, Chepkorir, Chebet, Cherono, Kipyegon and Kipng’etich. He was also a great grandfather to Alban Kipruto and Nahashon Kipchumba.

His burial will be held at Kinyose on Wednesday, February 13, 2019.
